Yuvod's new CMS is being approached as a total restructuring and therefore since the previous version of Yuvod did not contemplate this, we need to create a DSM from scratch that will allow us to lay the groundwork and open the door to full future scalability.
The most complex part is that since we are in a fast-paced environment, we need to analyze and manage very well where we invest resources, where we start in the DSM so that we can generate product and how we evolve it in order to meet deadlines.
Create, extend and maintain a DSM that will allow us to work afterwards a white label CMS for Yuvod OTT in the shortest possible time to launch product evolution to the market.

I participate in the whole process, from the creation of tokens to time management and organization of milestones, since we don't have a very big team at the moment. What interests us is to bring value to the market and receive constant feedback to improve and scale little by little.
